Donald Trump: The War Ender Bringing Peace to a Divided World

Donald Trump, the businessman turned president, is known for his tough talk. But many see him as a true peace lover. He uses his deal-making skills to end wars and stop fights between countries. From old conflicts to new ones, Trump has stepped in to broker peace. This blog looks at his key efforts as a “war ender.” Even if some say he does it to undisclosed his affairs or for fame or the Nobel Peace Prize. But, his work could make the world safer.

Trump’s peace journey started during his first term. One big win was the Abraham Accords in 2020. He helped Israel sign peace deals with countries like the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco. These agreements opened trade and travel, ending years of tension in the Middle East. Trump calls this his top achievement and wants more countries, like Saudi Arabia, to join.

He also tried to calm things with North Korea. In 2018 and 2019, Trump met Kim Jong-un in historic summits. They talked about stopping nuclear weapons. While full peace didn’t happen, it lowered threats and showed Trump’s bold style.

In South Asia, Trump offered to mediate between India and Pakistan over Kashmir. In 2019, he first raised it during a meeting with Pakistan’s leader. Tensions rose again in 2025 with missile strikes, but Trump pushed for talks. He helped broker a ceasefire, saying both sides needed a solution to avoid bigger wars. Pakistan thanked him, though India stayed quiet on outside help.

Recently, Trump ended U.S. bombings against the Houthis in Yemen. In May 2025, he announced a deal: America stops strikes, and Houthis halt attacks on ships. This paused a long fight tied to Iran and Saudi Arabia. Critics say it’s temporary, but it saved lives and eased Red Sea trade.

Trump also tackled the Israel-Iran clash. After U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites in June 2025, he brokered a ceasefire. Both sides agreed to stop attacks, with Qatar’s help. Trump called it a “spectacular success” and urged more Middle East peace.

Now, he’s working hard on Russia-Ukraine. Trump promised to end the war fast after his 2024 win. In 2025, he met Vladimir Putin in Alaska for talks. He says Putin wants a deal, but warns of consequences if not. Ukraine worries about land swaps, but Trump’s push could stop the fighting that killed thousands.

Trump has helped with other ceasefires too, like Armenia-Azerbaijan, Thailand-Cambodia, and Rwanda-Congo. Some are short-term, but they show his global reach.

Leaders’ egos often block peace, as Trump says. They focus on pride, not business-like deals. If Trump succeeds in Ukraine or elsewhere, he’ll be a world hero. He will be ‘Vishwa Guru’.

He’s been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize many times—for Abraham Accords, Iran-Israel, and more. We don’t care about prizes; ending wars is what matters. But success isn’t sure—leaders may not cooperate. Still, Trump’s belief in peace through strength inspires hope.
